In Godsend Spiritual Warrior, we find that a spiritual war is taking place in the small town of Bedford City. Satan is deceiving the hearts of anyone that gives him room, including his #1 target: the ambitious Bedford City mayor turned presidential candidate, Adam Lockett. If this evil plan to spiritually influence Lockett works, then a demonic agenda to wreak havoc on the country will prevail. But God has a plan of His own, and raises up an unsuspecting ordinary schoolteacher, Malachi Carter, to confront this evil on earth. Now, empowered by God and called to the spiritual battlefield, Malachi is faced with the task of protecting his loved ones and city while also fulfilling his newly God-given purpose.

The Heart Behind Godsend
Godsend Spiritual Warrior is a faith-based comic, in which the power of the superhero comes from the Holy Spirit. God has tasked Malachi with a specific purpose, and He has supernaturally equipped him with everything he needs to achieve it. As Paul prayed in Ephesians 1: 19-20, we want to remind those in Christ of “the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe Him”.
The same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us!

ISSUE 1
Malachi Carter, a schoolteacher at a Christian academy, must trust God in order to overcome an unthinkable tragedy. His life is forever changed when God calls him to lead his city in a miraculous and unforeseen way.

After awakening in the hospital, Malachi finds that his life has been dramatically changed, but he doesn't know how or why? Meanwhile, Vanessa must deal with trouble of her own.

Tasha and Malachi start to connect over their past and current hurts. While Vanessa, finds herself in a life and death situation; Malachi gets a firsthand look at what he has been called to do.
